She is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and has worked in community mental health, hospitals, and was previously associated with a large church-based counseling practice. Specialties include couples in crisis, couples healing from infidelity, premarital counseling and marital problems, divorce recovery, healing from sexual abuse, adolescent development/changes, women’s issues, blended family issues, grief, and counseling for those suffering from addiction, depression, bipolar disorder and anxiety disorders. Brandi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology as well as a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, behavioral health and the adoption/foster care industry. Brandi is passionate about serving adult individuals and children/adolescents and their families. Specialties include Christian counseling, children and adolescents, trauma recovery, grief/loss, school issues, behavioral problems, attachment concerns, depression, anxiety, and women’s issues. Brandi uses a variety of treatment modalities including play therapy and expressive arts with children. Brandi is a Registered Play Therapist candidate.

Monica received her Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. She joined Family Restoration Counseling Services in early 2018 and is a licensed professional counselor (LPC). Monica works with children, adolescents, individuals, and couples and brings a strength-based approach to her practice. She serves clients experiencing anxiety, depression, or reproductive grief and specializes in cross-cultural challenges that may arise from familial migration, cultural differentiation amongst generations, and assimilation to US culture. Monica is a trainer for Life Perspectives, running workshops aimed to educate mental health providers on reproductive loss. She has also dedicated time to shelters and counseling services for victims of domestic violence.
Monica was born and raised in Mexico City; she is bilingual and bicultural. Her therapeutic activities are running, cooking, and spending time with family.

Travis earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas and his Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. His experience includes working in community mental health and child protective services shelter settings. Travis is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern and is supervised by Eve Gardner, LPC-S. Travis accepts all clients ages 8 and up and specializes in helping with anxiety, depression, parenting children and adolescents, self-image, anger management, abuse recovery, grief, and marital problems. He also specializes in childhood and adolescent issues including, school issues, divorce, bullying, family issues, trauma and abuse recovery, anxiety, depression, and behavioral problems.
Travis is a lifelong Texan and a proud citizen of Dallas. In his free time he enjoys being outdoors, cheering for the local Dallas sports teams, the performing arts, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family. Travis Kern is supervised by Eve Gardner, MA LPC-S.

Lianna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Loras College and went on to work with refugees, pregnant mothers in crisis, and parents and children during the early childhood years. She obtained her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Akron. Her areas of specialty include: women and children, adoption, immigrants, singles, young adults, Christian counseling, life transitions, depression, and bipolar. Lianna is supervised by Eve Gardner, MA LPC-S.
Though she grew up in Minnesota, Lianna is extremely excited to live in Texas and enjoys soaking up the ample sunshine. She enjoys spending time in nature, writing, singing, building strong friendships and family relationships, and being involved in church.

Nancy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas and worked as a Certified Public Accountant prior to following her desire to help people on a more personal level. She received her MA in Professional counseling from Amberton University in December 2018. She is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and an LPC- Associate currently supervised by Jennifer Smothermon, LPC-S, LMFT-S, RPT-S. She has worked with individuals dealing with life adjustments, boundary issues, grief, depression, and addiction. Prior to joining Family Restoration Counseling Services she worked at an inpatient recovery center helping women develop skills to overcome substance abuse and mental health challenges.
Nancy has been married to her husband Greg for 19 years and is the Mom to teenage twins. She enjoys reading a good book, crocheting, watching basketball and spending time with her family.
Robert has had the privilege of professionally helping others for 10 years. He received his masters of arts degree in professional counseling from Liberty University in 2016. While studying, Robert had the unique experience of mentoring and providing individual therapy for college students at a university counseling center. He also spent time interning at public and private community mental health facilities, helping men and women navigate depression, anxiety, loss, and life-transitions. Since graduating, Robert has spent time in full-time church ministry providing spiritual care for individuals and couples as well as leading groups related to overcoming behavioral addictions.
Robert enjoys counseling adults in a variety of settings, including individual, group, and couples therapy. He values working with clients of diverse ethnic, cultural, and religious/nonreligious backgrounds. Robert has experience in treating underlying mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral addictions, and identity issues. Robert is supervised by Mitchell Isle, LPC-S.

La Tricia earned her Bachelor’s in Art and Performance from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is working to complete her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) at Capella University. She is currently supervised by Eve Gardner, MA LPC-S. After graduation, La Tricia will continue to pursue her passion by becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) so she can help couples, families, children, and individuals increase self-awareness, gain new perceptions, decrease symptoms, and enlarge their individual strengths to have a more meaningful life experience.
La Tricia is a native of Texas and is a pet mom of two Shih Tzus, Moo Moo and Apollo, whom she loves dearly. La Tricia is a lover of the arts and in her spare time she continues to enjoy acting in theatre as well as in independent films.

Cody earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Texas at Tyler, and is working toward completing his Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling (MABC) at Dallas Theological Seminary. He is currently supervised by Eve Gardner, MA LPC-S. Post graduation, Cody desires to pursue LCDC and CSAT licensure for the purpose of walking alongside individuals struggling with a variety of addictions. He currently specializes in long-term addiction recovery maintenance, anxiety, depression, behavioral problems, marital conflict, grief-work, boundary development and family of origin issues.
Cody grew up in Texas and loves spending time in nature with his family, hiking and camping. He also enjoys watching movies and attending theatrical performances, unplanned travel, hearing tales of authenticity and adventure, and sharing mealtime with friends.

Marisela graduated from Southern Methodist University with a major in Spanish and Elementary Education. After a career in teaching at the elementary and middle school levels, Marisela stayed home to bring up her three children and is now excited to begin a new career as a counselor. She is working on her Masters in Biblical Counseling (MABC) at Dallas Theological Seminary and is under the supervision of Evie Gardner LPC-S. Upon graduation, Marisela desires to work with individuals and families dealing with the effects of substance abuse.
Marisela is certified in Relate Strong, a conflict-resolution tool used in marital and relational restoration. She specializes in parenting issues, boundaries, codependency, depression/anxiety, addiction, ADHD, communication issues and enjoys working with individuals, children, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families. Marisela is a member of the Christian Association for Psychological Studies (CAPS). In her free time, she enjoys adventures with her husband and kids, jogging, and singing/songwriting.
