Lucas Estevez earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and his Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. Lucas is now a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), supervised by Lance Gardner.
Lucas specializes in addiction counseling—alcohol, substances, screens, compulsive, or sexual addictions. Additionally, he is passionate about premarital and marital counseling. Whether it’s improving communication, establishing boundaries, addressing codependency, strengthening relationship structure, securing emotional safety, resolving conflict peacefully, or deepening intimacy, Lucas wants to see couples thrive! He primarily works from an EFT + Neurocounseling approach, although he is influenced by Psychodrama, Existential and Gestalt theories.
Fun Fact: Lucas was born in another country! Because of multiple relocations and a diverse career path from accounting to audio engineering to counseling-life has given him firsthand experience with major transitions. This background enables him to connect with individuals navigating significant change or seeking their purpose in life.
In his spare time, Lucas enjoys creating memories with his wife and friends, reading philosophy, discovering new music, exploring mountains, and staying active!
