Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin- Baylor. She recently earned her Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Amberton University. Sarah has been with FRCS since 2024 and has experience working with clients of all ages but she has a strong passion for working with couples. She is trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and plans to pursue certification.

She feels so honored to walk alongside her clients on their journey towards change and healing. Additionally, in her role as Practice Manager, her goal is to interface with potential clients and current clients in ways that make the process of counseling feel easier, smoother and less overwhelming.

Sarah is a member of the Texas Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, American Association of Christian Counselors and the North Texas EFT Community.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, scrapbooking and going to the beach!
