Colbi Nitcher is a graduate school intern at Dallas Theological Seminary, where she is pursuing her Master’s of Arts in Counseling. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with minors in Religion and Medical Humanities, from Baylor University. Following graduation from DTS, Colbi plans to pursue licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Her clinical interests include working with individuals experiencing depression and anxiety, body image concerns and eating disorders, biblical counseling, as well as utilizing play therapy for children. Colbi is passionate about supporting children, adolescents and young adults as they navigate challenging life experiences and move toward healing and growth. In her free time, she enjoys crafting and reading, staying active through workouts and long walks, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband Reid and their playful puppy, Winnie.
