Claire earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Southwestern University in Georgetown and her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and plans to pursue full certification. Claire works primarily with couples and adult individuals, using a trauma-informed, somatic, and experiential approach to support deeper healing and lasting change.
In her work with couples, Claire helps partners identify the negative cycles keeping them disconnected and guides them toward renewed closeness, emotional safety, and secure connection. She integrates mindfulness, attachment theory, and nervous system awareness to help clients move through pain and into connection — with their bodies, relationships, and values. Claire is passionate about serving clients of all backgrounds, orientations, and spiritual frameworks, and she works to build trust and cultivate a space where each person feels seen, respected, and supported.
Outside the therapy room, Claire tries to balance mindful walks, meditation, and getting lost in good books with the daily joy of a sweet-treat and laughing at Instagram reels longer than she probably should. She has an orange tabby cat named Chicken who has her heart.
