Allison Estevez

Position: MA, LPC- Associate (SUPERVISED BY LANCE GARDNER, LPC-S)

Allison earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Counseling from East Texas Baptist University (go tigers!) and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.

She works with teenagers, college students, adults, couples, and families facing a range of emotional, relational, and life-transition concerns. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and PTSD, adjustment difficulties, identity development, relational patterns, and people-pleasing tendencies. Allison approaches counseling from a compassionate and collaborative framework, seeking to create a supportive and clinically grounded environment where clients can develop greater insight, emotional awareness, and healthier patterns of coping and connection while navigating difficult seasons of life.

In addition to individual counseling, Allison is certified in Prepare/Enrich and enjoys working with engaged and premarital couples seeking to strengthen communication, deepen relational understanding, and build a healthy foundation for marriage.

Outside of counseling, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband, talking him into getting a dog, going on walks, watching films, and trying new games with friends.
