Sarah earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Mary Hardin–Baylor and her master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Amberton University. She has completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and is currently working toward certification.
Sarah is passionate about working with couples in every season of their relationship—from newly married to those who have shared many years together. She helps couples identify the “stuck” places and negative cycles that create disconnection, guiding them toward healing, deeper understanding, and renewed connection. She also enjoys working with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes, stuck places, relationship issues or trauma. Sarah strives to create a safe, warm environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they explore their experiences and move toward meaningful growth. She considers it an honor to walk alongside her clients on their journey toward change, connection, and healing.
In addition to her clinical work, Sarah serves as Practice Manager. In this role, she interfaces with both prospective and current clients, helping make the counseling process feel smoother, more accessible, and less overwhelming.
Sarah is a member of the Texas Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, American Association of Christian Counselors, Texas Counseling Association, and the North Texas EFT Community.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, scrapbooking, and going to the beach.
